Shipping, Returns, & Exchanges

It’s important to us that your clothes make you feel beautiful and comfortable! If you’d like to make an exchange or return an item for any reason, we’ll do everything in our power to help. 

Holiday Gift Purchases

All holiday gift purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit as long as the item is returned to Ouimillie within 10 days of Boxing Day (the day after Christmas). Our refund policy remains the same during the holiday season. Please note reduced merchandise of all kinds is final sale. 

In-Store Exchanges & Returns

Any items purchased in-store do not qualify for a return, and instead you will be issued a store credit. Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date. There are NO Exchanges for any in store sales other than apparel.  All discounted and sale items are final sale.  Accessories, footwear, and artwork are final sale. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. If you’d like to exchange a piece for an alternative size, we are more than happy to give you shop credit within 7 days.

Buying for a special someone?? Let us know at time of purchase and we can offer you 10 days for your recipient to either exchange or generate a Ouimillie credit. 

Online Exchanges & Returns

Any online orders must be returned and sent back to us with correct tracking within 7 days of the delivery date. To initiate an online return, please visit our returns center here. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached. Shoes must be in original condition, including the soles. If you purchase a pair with any marks on the bottom you will be notified prior to shipping. We highly recommend trying on the shoes/boots/sandals on a carpet or rug to prevent marring or further damage to the footwear from any scratches. Upon receipt of the product—assuming it fulfills the prior categories—we will refund the purchase.

You can either provide your own label or we can provide one for you. The price of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund total. 

Final Sale

All products that are discounted, intimates/lingerie, swimwear, cosmetics/apothecary, jewelry, and accessories. This includes any items bought from our archive.

Online Transactions Associated with In Store Purchases

All online transactions associated with in store purchases are considered in store purchases and follow in store exchange policies.

After-Pay Payment Plan

All purchases using AfterPay are final sale and any return and exchange requests for purchases using AfterPay will be denied.

Excessive Returns

Ouimillie holds the right to flag customers who we believe abuse our return policies and can potentially be refused at our discretion. 

Shipping Costs (U.S.A. Domestic, USD)

Orders over $100 are free shipping under 10lbs.

All heavy shipping 10 ≥ 25 lbs will be charged a flat shipping rate of $45.00, upon purchase. 

All extra size and/or extra heavy shipping (greater than 25 lbs) will be charged a flat shipping rate of $120.00 upon purchase, or at the discretion of the fulfiller. Shipping rates may need to be applied after purchase for specialty items. We calculate time, materials, freight, duties, and cost of shipping for all oversized and fragile purchases.
