Remove the lid and put in the microwave-oven on low level for 30 second-intervals, 3 to 4 times to avoid burning the chocolate.

You can also use a 'bain-marie' (hot water) for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir well with a spoon several times to get a smooth texture.

The special stoneware jar keeps the Chocolate Fondue warm and melted on your table for 45 minutes minimum. Forget the fondue set or the candle warmer! May be kept and reheated several times until finished
